Are you bothered when someone spreads rumors about you? Can’t sleep at night worrying whether your friends approve of your actions? Overly concerned about making a good impression on everyone? Well, it’s time to learn to stop caring so much about what other people think.
Today is going to be different. At AdmiGram.com, we want to talk about something we all need just as much as air — the truth. And the truth is: it’s time to accept life exactly as it is. The sooner you do, the better.
To Be Happy — Forget About Everything
Fact #1: People Are Constantly Judging You

No matter what you do, and no matter who you are, good or bad, you’ll still be judged. Some people will like you, others won’t — and there’s nothing you can do about it. That’s just the truth. The good news is, most people don’t actually care that you exist. The world is huge, and we’re all just specks in it. So forget about it and do whatever you want — out of 8 billion people, hardly anyone will ever even notice.
Fact #2: It’s Impossible to Please Everyone

The biggest mistake you can make in life is thinking you have to please everyone — or worse, actually trying to. Have you ever seriously thought about what happens when someone just doesn’t like you? The answer is: absolutely nothing. Because, again, most people don’t care that you exist. Just be yourself, and stop playing roles to please people.
Fact #3: Most of Us Live in the Past, Not the Present

Forget about the past — it’s the biggest burden dragging you down, even if it seems, or was, more pleasant than the present. By dwelling on it, you miss out on the opportunities right in front of you. The past is your experience, a page you’ve already turned. It’s not your life anymore. No matter how it went, learn from it and let it go.
Fact #4: We Tend to Blow Things Out of Proportion

What if…? Stop speculating about things that haven’t even happened — it’s destructive. In all kinds of life situations, we speculate about other people’s reasons and intentions, or how they’ll react to what we do. And that kind of speculation usually leads to mistakes. Learn to let it go. What’s done is done. Who cares anyway? Out of 8 billion people, no one has a clue what happened to you — and no one cares.
Fact #5: Those Who’ve Learned to Let Go Are Reborn

Ever wonder why the most successful people are so unconventional — walking around in flip-flops, riding the subway like everyone else, showing up to business meetings in worn-out jeans? It’s because they figured out, earlier than most, that the sooner you learn to let go, the easier, brighter, and happier your life becomes. They simply live their lives without looking back or worrying about anyone else’s opinion. What’s stopping you from doing the same?
