Lavash is one of the most common types of flatbread in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Turkey. It is excellent for making quick and tasty snacks, such as filled rolls. Lavash can be filled with just about anything: minced meat, mushrooms, fish, cheese, vegetables, sausages, and more.
Preparing such an appetizer won’t take much time or effort, and the result is outstanding. By the way, many people use lavash as a base for pizza, layering it with grated cheese between several layers of lavash. But today, we’re not talking about pizza; we’re talking about snacks. AdmiGram.com has prepared incredibly delicious lavash snack recipes.
