Lavash is one of the most popular types of flatbread in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Turkey. It’s perfect for making quick, tasty snacks like filled wraps or roll-ups. You can stuff lavash with just about anything: minced meat, mushrooms, fish, cheese, veggies, cold cuts, and more.
Making these appetizers requires very little time or effort, but the results are outstanding. Fun fact: many people even use lavash as a pizza crust, layering shredded cheese between several sheets of flatbread. But today, we’re focusing on quick snacks. AdmiGram.com has rounded up some incredibly delicious lavash roll-up recipes.

- 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill), finely chopped
