Turning 20 is an incredible age when you can achieve so much, and it’s truly exciting. Your first serious job, starting your own business, building a family — so many new things happen between the ages of 20 and 30.
How you live during this period directly affects your entire future, your happiness, and even how your children will live. To ensure you don’t miss your chance to build a happy future, AdmiGram.com gives you some advice on what you must do before you turn 30.
How to accomplish everything when you’re only 20?
Accept that people change

This means your friends will change, and so will you. Don’t be surprised if your views or even life paths diverge — everyone has their own journey. You might suffer, be betrayed, or do the betraying. So just accept it without trying to cling to what has already ended. If your paths part ways, simply let go.
Give yourself a chance to fall in love
Serious relationships can be intimidating as they threaten your freedom, but will you really let that stop you from experiencing fresh, intense emotions? Don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. Just allow yourself to fall in love repeatedly and discard all prejudices, living an ordinary yet interesting life. True love will surely come your way.
Don’t hold on to toxic relationships

If you see that a relationship is killing you, constantly ruining your mood, and bringing nothing positive, it’s time to end it, even if you fear loneliness. Life is not as long as it seems at 20. The sooner you get rid of what you have now, the more time you’ll have to spend with people who truly deserve it.
Party less
Sure, fancy clubs, a bunch of friends, and loud music seem like concentrated fun, but it gets old quickly. There are so many different activities, interesting and unusual events in life that spending all your weekends partying the same way is simply foolish. Plus, if you blow all your money in clubs, you’ll never have enough for other kinds of fun.
Travel

Travel as much as possible whenever time and money allow. Many think travel requires a lot of time and money, but that’s not always true. A bit of saving, cheap flights, last-minute deals — if you dream of traveling, that dream can come true this very year.
Find your passion
Every person, even the most die-hard nihilist, needs a goal in life, some sense of purpose. That’s just how we’re wired. But only something that genuinely impresses, delights, and fascinates you can be a real goal. When someone has such a passion, it shows them the direction in life and supports them during tough times.
Connect with people who share your interests

Only socialize with those who make you feel good. If you still have school hang-ups about “cool” people, throw them in the nearest trash can. The joy of communication is one of life’s greatest pleasures, so don’t ruin it with stereotypes.
Listen to yourself
For most of your life, all through childhood and youth, you listened to others: parents, teachers, older friends, first bosses. Now you’ve accumulated some personal experience, and it’s time to start trusting it. Stop looking over your shoulder and worrying about what others will say. Your experience will never lie to you; it’s always truthful.
Start your business now

If you have an idea that could change the world, start your venture right now. At this age, people have little experience but plenty of passion, creativity, and a desire for innovation, along with the belief that the world can change. Don’t waste this time. Even if you fail, you’ll gain invaluable experience. As billionaires say, you should have your first failure before you’re thirty.
Pursue happiness right now
This advice is probably the most important and ties into all the other tips. If you think happiness is waiting for you somewhere in the future, you’re mistaken. There will be no happiness. You can’t be happy in the future or the past. You can only be happy in the present, right here and now. So while you’re young, take action! Don’t fear mistakes! Only those who do nothing never make mistakes.
