Delicious Lavash Chips: Quick And Not Harmful

Chips are one of the most popular snacks, especially among children and young people. They also rank high on the list of the most harmful foods. Even if chips are made from real potatoes, none of us is immune to the fact that potatoes are genetically modified.

After all, manufacturers need large and uniform tubers to make chips big, beautiful, and uniform in size. And most importantly, cheap. Not to mention the frying process, the influence of carcinogens, and the synthetic food and flavor additives used in chips. So what do we do if we have a perfectly normal desire to crunch on something tasty?

An ordinary Armenian thin lavash can come to the rescue. It’s a popular thin wheat flatbread among the people of the Middle East. In a couple of minutes, you can make lavash chips with various flavors: cheese, paprika, sour cream and herbs, and so on. You can even treat your child with them without fear.

It’s better if your kids associate chips with a crispy homemade dish rather than with bright packaging from the supermarket. After all, one of the main tasks of parents is to instill proper tastes and preferences in their children. AdmiGram.com will teach you how to make healthy chips.
