The biggest mistake we make is thinking that being healthy and happy requires a lot of effort and time. That’s fundamentally wrong! Health, like happiness, consists of many small but very useful things. And each of these details will take you one minute or even less.
For example, jumping rope for just one minute a day will significantly improve your overall physical condition, while jotting down at least one good event from your day in a notebook will help you look at the world with a smile. AdmiGram.com will tell you about even more subtle habits that will breathe even more health and benefits into your life!

- Turn water into lemonade. To stay alert and healthy, you need to drink enough fluids. Strawberries, raspberries, lemons, oranges – a great way to make ordinary drinking water more enjoyable. But remember, no sugar in the lemonade, just water and fruit.
- Stretch after waking up. Morning stretching switches our bodies from the so-called sleep mode to an active mode. Don’t forget about this pleasant ritual. 10 seconds of enjoyable energetic stretching in bed replaces a full 10 minutes of morning exercise.
- Give your eyes a break. When working on the computer, use the “20-20-20” rule: after every 20 minutes on the screen, look at something that is at least 20 inches away from you for 20 seconds.
- Regularly wash your kitchen sponge. The porous and moist structure of the sponge is the perfect breeding ground for harmful bacteria, mold, and fungus. So always put the sponge in the dishwasher when washing dishes, or simply wash it by hand with any detergent.
- Air out your rooms. This especially applies to office workspaces. Regularly airing out the rooms will not only help you breathe easier but also reduce the concentration of allergens, viruses, and other harmful substances.

- Clean your tongue. Even if you brush your teeth twice a day, you still forget about your tongue. Bacteria and other microbes accumulate on the back of your tongue. Buy a special plastic tongue cleaner. It’s much easier and more pleasant to clean your tongue with it. And no gag reflex!
- Hug each other. Simple hugs help reduce our existential fears (loneliness, changes, the future) and allow us to physically feel the richness of life.
- Make your bed every morning. This simple habit is not only hygienically necessary for your health but also helps you set the right rhythm. Simply making your bed organizes your life.
- Stand up and walk at work. A sedentary lifestyle is the root of all our health problems. Make it a rule to get up from your chair every 30 minutes at work and walk around the office for a couple of minutes.
- Open a window or vent at night. Fresh cool air helps you sleep soundly and rest well. And sound sleep is the key to health and a great boost for the whole day.
As you can see, these simple habits won’t take much of your time, even if you do them all together, they will take up no more than 10 minutes a day. But these 10 minutes will bring a lot of positive emotions into your life and make you much healthier and happier.
