What would our familiar world look like if we could see it in the infrared spectrum? It’s very intriguing, a bit fantastical, and sometimes quite surreal. All of this is beautifully demonstrated in the works of the amazing French photographer David Keochkerian. When you admire his photographs, you might not believe that David decided to pursue photography professionally only recently.
As the photographer himself says, he decided to share his unique view of the world only when he turned 35. David’s signature style is landscape photography in infrared radiation, where it seems like the seasons are swapping places. The world becomes enchanting, and surrealism permeates everything we’re accustomed to seeing as ordinary.
